black spots on my clown

I just put two percula clown in my tank about two weeks
ago. Both were in a QT tank for about two weeks. About two days
ago they started to get black spots on their bodys(4-5 per fish).
the spots look like spots on a dalmation dog and I don't know what it is or what to do. Any info will be helpful.

Are they large spots as if the skin is actually discolored, or are they spots as if something were attached to the fish, similiar to ich, but only black.
Are the fish juveniles??
