Black Sun Coral

When I initially got it I fed it just cyclop-ease. It did well, but now I feed it cyclop-ease and either brine shrimp or food that I made myself (fish, shrimp, scallops and squid) Sometimes I will add Selcon. Since I started feeding it this more substantial mix it has really done fantastic.
I usually feed every other night, but never less than every third night.

Thanks. Often time in the fish store the polyps are closed and are not very attractive.

How long have you had it?
Thanks, I have had it about 4 months. Its amazing how much they can consume, but that seems to keep them happy.
I was really hoping to see more pictures of others. Someone out there must have one.

Its not a very common coral....I've seen a few. Yours looks to be very healthy...continue the good job.

That is a nice looking coral and a nice alternative to the more common yellow sun polyps. Nice Pics.
