i called my local fish store today and told them tat i want to set up a 125 gallon or 150 with a reef shark in it and if i buy all the supplies from them they will shave 100 dollers off the price of the shark and if i can get a shark from them that is 12 - 15 inches i am going to do it i mean come on the stuff u guys say if the shark can swim the tank is 6 ft long the shark is 15 inches then when he is 18 inches i will move hime to my 180 then when he is 20m inches i will have the money to build a 1800 gallon tank may be i can even put two in the 125-150 gallon i mean they are only 15 inches i no u guys are gonig to say that that is a wast of money but i can put a tetsla ell in the tank buy itself then. :D

Sharks grow fast. Your reef sharks will grow from 15 to 20 inches within 1 years time. So unless you are rich and can fork out the money to build him the habbitat he deserves don't even think about buying one.
Saying that you will just buy a new tank for him when he is big enough is the answer I would expect from a teenager. If you don't have the proper facility to keep him in now don't buy one now. In other words... if you don't have a 1800 gallon tank now don't buy one.

Don't be selfish and irresponsible. You know as well as we do that your setup will not work with these sharks. Otherwise, you wouldn't have bothered to ask. I dont know what kind of crap that your LFS has fed you but they just want your money, believe me. I've been there. There are plenty of cool sharks out there, why go with one that demands so much and is so expensive?
