Black & White False Percula Questions

I'm setting up a 29g Biocube. I'm considering addding a pair of Black & White False Perculas. The ones here at swf.com.
My questions are
1. Will they stay small like a normal Orange Percula?
I ask this because I have a Black & White Clownfish in my 90g (don't know what exact kind), and he's huge. Like some big Maroon Clownfishes I've seen. If this is the case I'll need to change plans. My B&W Clown is a MONSTER! Being as big as he is does anyone know what kind of Clownfish he might be?
2. Will they be black when I get them, or do they change color as they age.
Thanks in advance!

He hosts anything & everything. He gets around. He will be hosting a Sabae for a couple of weeks, then a Bubble, and now he's in love with a big Kenya Tree.
He's the one in my avatar if that helps. Tank is lights out, or I'd get a pic. He's almost 4in long 2 in tall.

clarkii then, they are more agressive then perculas also, if you like friendly fish then perculas will suite you better haha, but maroons are still way more agressive

Thanks alot!
I'm going to order 2 of them here this week. I love the b&w look!
I just wanted to make sure they weren't going to be like my MONSTER!
That's to big for a 29g.
He's actually pretty laid back. I've seen big Maroon that would take off your finger!
Again Thanks!

The clownfish in your avatar is an A. polymnus, aka saddlback and can get up to 6" when full grown. The black variant A. ocellaris will max out at about 3", and may be a brown color as juveniles, and darken to black as they age. A 29G will be fine for them.
