sorry about posting this 3 times but some people only look in one section of the forums. So anyway if you or a friend have a blackcap Basslet please let me know some stuff about them if you have time. And PLEASE post some pics!
Thanks in advance!

They are like a Royal Grammas. Very territorial. Can be a problem in small tanks for other tank mates that can not keep their distance....
They need to be acclimated to bright lights because they are normally found on deeper water reef walls were they will estabish a hidding spot, cave or hole as a home and 'viciously' defend it.
They get 4 inches and eat meaty foods. Generaly pretty hardy once acclimated if they are healthy when aquired....

I have a blackcap in my 75. I love him! As Dogstar said, he has done very well since he has been acclimated, but he was real skinny and had ich when I got him (I got him online).
He stays in the "depths" of the tank (they are deepwater fish). The only bad thing is I don't see him as much as the other fish because he stays in his cave alot. He isn't territorial that I've seen; in fact, the other fish chase him sometimes.

Got mine after seeing how amazing the color was with this fish....Mine is not territorial at all and loves to eat flake and pellet, did make a cave for himself under some rocks and is very curious, need alot of rockwork though....
The first 2 weeks i got him i thought he died bc he never came out, was adjusting to my tank and lighting after that he became a great addition to my fish population... :jumping:
