Anyone try feeding Blackworms for their
fish?
I just got a Clark's clownfish the other nite, and I
ask the store what they feed them. So I took their
advice and got some Blackworms...Now
what is the best method to feed them?
I try to put one in the water, but no fish or shrimps
seems to be interested in them...
Any suggestion??

My lfs gave me some black worms to try as a treat recently. Said that not to feed as a staple since they don't have all the necessary good stuff for healthy fish. I would take a few on my finger & just kinda swish them around in the water. It was like a free for all!! Watch what & what doesn't get eaten - the 'uneatens' will rot & cause problems. FYI - was reading somewhere that blackworms & tubifex? worms can also carry bacteria & other unwanted things that could possibly make fish sick & possibly be fatal. So, with that in mind, I've stopped using the blackworms. Maybe I'm being a bit gunshy on this but had a major upset in my tank awhile ago & don't want to take any chances. Best of luck to you - Ches P.S. Does anybody have any input on this?? If it's ok, wouldn't mind giving these as a treat again cuz, my guys LOVE them!!! =)
