Bleaching problem

I have mushrooms that are bleaching. Is there anything I can do to help them recover?

Ive got power compact lighting with 2 65W 50/50 bulbs. Hmmm did i say that right? LOL I can say that its quite bright in my little tank. Maybe too bright, so I'm trying to break the mushrooms in gently. I've made a ledge and have hidden the poor things in the shade as best as I can. I've also got only one bulb turned on right now.

how big is your tank? but i don't think it's because of too much light if you have anything 20 gallons or more.
