I have live rock but I was wondering what if anything I can do to make more copepods (heck I don't even know what they are)

As long as you have a few copepods, theyll make more all on their own.
They are litle "rolly polly" type "bugs" that are a good food source for many fish.

I've seen sites that sell pods as well as other critters to seed a system with....but I've never ordered any..........plenty of lr & ls.......good chemistry...and nature will do the rest....just takes time.........

Cop's are tiny crustations. They come from liverock and livesand. As everyone else stated, they will make more all by themselves. fish love them.
