blenny or royal gramma

I have a jawfish & 2 clowns in a 40 gal w 37 lbs of lr. which fish would go better a blenny (please give type ie: redlip) or a royal gramma. Thank you

3-4 inches I have a jawfish that digs. I saw you got 5 jawfish right? one died? you had a stock list that included jaw, shrimpgoby, etc.... What did you choose? I wanted a shrimpgoby but I'm afraid it'll try to take over the jawfishes whole....

oh well i have updated the thread with rather sad news.

well, here was my final plan, i would get 3 jawfish, if 2 of em pair up ill sell the 3rd one, but sometimes even if they do pair up they are still aggressive, so i will decide when the time comes, i will wait several months and then get 3 pajama or bangaii's and when 2 pair up I will sell the 3rd, i will wait a long time then get a pair of percs, and then later a royal gramma.

so what do you like about the royal gramma? Like I said I have a jawfish 2 percula clowns (one has already changed color to turn female) I want to get a coral beauty in another few months but I'm placing an order on saltwaterfish for cleaning crew & peppermint shrimp to get rid of aiptasia problem & while I'm ordering I thought I'd get another smallish fish. I like the redlip & the royal gramma it's hard to decide.

I have both...a Midas Blenny and a Royal gamma....both are great little fish...but if I had to pick just one...Id go with my Midas Blenny!

update: I went with the bi color blenny very pretty fish fun to watch. I had my hand in the tank to feed a crab & the blenny came up to me & bit me!!! Of course it didnt hurt. He seems to be leaving everyone else alone though. He like to lay on or under my umbrella mushroom.
