Blenny Vomit

Just curious, anyone know what would cause a lawnmower blenny to vomit? well, not just curious, mine is. i've seen her do it three times now within about 10 mins of each other. any chance she is just having sympathy pains to my being sick? how imperative would it be to quarantine her? thank you! don't want to lose my lil buddy :-(

I've never seen a fish vomit either. Is it choking?

Pretty sure it was vomit. She was just sitting there, doing nothing, then all of a sudden a bunch of green came spewing out her mouth. Not her, nor the other fish even tried to eat it which is unusual seeing as how they all at least taste each other's poop. Everything seems fine now. she's eating and acting fine... maybe just a touch of the flu
