Blind Clown Trigger?

Just recently my uncle's clown trigger, about 2 and a half inches long seems to have gone blind. He has a tenedency to bump into objects like coral, the glass, or the heater while swimming through the tank. Also, he isn't as active as he once was and it seems he's lost interest in feeding (either that or he just can't see it). In addition the color underneath his belly is beginning to fade out. Anybody have any ideas on how to handle this? It is a really nice fish and I really wouldn't want to lose it.

How long have you had the fish? How big is your tank? Are the eyes cloudy? Do you have a separate hospital tank?

I"ve had the fish for about 7 months, and his eyes are not cloudy. It seems like a pretty normal fish besides it being blind. It was in a 150 gallon f/o but my uncle gave it to me to try to help. Currently he's in a 40 gallon, and I do have a separate quarantine tank.

the fish has been eating flakes, bloodworms, brine, and some seaweed selects. Also he used to pick off the bottom a lot to.
