bloated lionfish help

I just posted in the New Hobbyist forum but think it should have been put here. My fuzzy dwarf is so bloated I think she is going to burst. Everything I have read on the web (just surfing) says it could be intestinal, water problems etc.
Has anyone had this happen to their lion? What should I do?
My water changes are being done tomorrow, water is just about ready to go.

She is much better today and down considerably. I know I have been over feeding her. Like a puppy she will not stop till it is all gone. I have to learn portion control and not feeding her till she is bloated.

My lion used to eat whatever was put in the tank. He'd eat as long as there was food available. Portion control is KEY!!

Oh yes I do agree. These little piggies give you that "I am starving look" and one keeps the food coming. I am feeling really bad right now but know it is best for her to clean out and then I will give her a small bit tonight.

mine will do the same thing they eat every nite before lights out. i give just enough to keep them happy and healthy but not over stuffed.

She is doing very well tonight. I did give her a tiny bit of food, man they are pigs but like you say one just has to really watch how much you give them. ....

Do the big lions do the same thing?
Also, I have noticed a real decrease in bristle worms in my tank..... :cheer: Horay, I hate these things. I posted to ask if lions would eat them and everyone said no, but I am beginning to wonder about that.
