Hi I just noticed on my blonde naso tang on it's bottom body, it's got like brown spots. I was wondering is that a disease, if it is tell me what it is and how to fix it thanks

It's gotten worse it was like a big white spot, and then I put in life bearer and it's almost gone now . He will be ok
