I have seen them in aquariums at 12"+. In the wild up to 18"+.

My guy is three and 14". The only thing bigger in my tank is the Sohal who is is swimming budy!

A Sohol tang is like my favorite! I love those fish, but Naso tangs are awesome! You'll find them to be really hardy, unless you buy one under 3 inches, they do seem to grow and grow, but people can keep Nasos in 55 gallon tanks (just my opinion). Blonde Nasos come from the Red Sea and make excellent inhabitants for an aquarium, not aggressive and can be housed w/ just about anything. They accept any type of food and eat like pigs. Might be shy when first introduced, but will learn to recognize the hand that feeds it. TJ
