blood worms

is it ok to feed blood worms to saltwater fish

We have been alternating frozen bloodworms, brine shrimp and flakes every other day.

I feed bloodworms and Mysis shrimp.

It is not my favorite food choice- there are some marine worm formulations. Kinda like brine shrimp isn't one of my first food choices, for a primary diet. I just think there is better stuff out there.
