My bangai cardinal has a cloudy eye, there is blood leaking out on the bottom of the eye, I have treated many diseases, but, I am not sure what to make of this one. Is this type contagious?

Have you had your water checked? That is really strange.

Oh and also is there any other fish in the tank. If so maybe that fish is picking on him.

the fish got really bad, and eventually died; but I found out that it's popeye, but a VERY SEVERE ONE... so maracyn two will work...
