Blooms Everywhere!!

setup my first tank had it up and running for 2 weeks used 5 gallons from lfs and made 10 of my own its a 15 gallon tank it has 11lbs of cycled live rock i slowly started adding my cleanup crew than a week later some small corals and a week after i put in a small false perc and my tank has been slowly been getting more and more blooms...did i add too much too soon and what can i do to help it...ill try to post some pics

"Cycled live rock" the rock may be cycled but the system is not. It will take some time for it to balance.
Test the ammonia, nitrate, and phosphate.

phosphate->10 get this to 0 and all the Blooms should taper off over time if you don’t keep adding an energy source for them.

i've read turning the lights off for a few days helps but i dont wanna bother or stress anything and what about water changes

If the numbers here drop to 0 and stay then you will know that the tank is not over stocked. You need to do water changes or supplementation for mineral content of the water. The live rock should, if like I was saying you are not over stocked, keep waste under control for some time.
The light thing, I am the type that fixes things by the way I run or keep things. If you have to turn the light off to clear an algae bloom, then what will you do when you have sps corals let them be starved for light wile you kill the algae, by starving it of light, this is just not my way…
