blue atnic light help?

is the blue atinic light good for my anomie because he seems to like to go under the live rock more with the new blue light ?

Some people here think actinic light does no good for anemones . But all my anemones respond when my actinic lights turn on and start to bloom up .

+1.... I actually believe the anems benifit somehow from the blue color spectrum of the actinics as mine does the same.

I dont use any actinic over most of my anemones, and they are doing well. I am one that believes that actinic is for aesthetics only.

I have kept my same LTA and BTA anemones without any supplimental actinics for for 6 years.....although Im sure they may get a bit of the blue spectrum from the 14000K MHs there under....im sure they would get enough from a 10000K they would need, if they needed any, but I dont think they need it.
