Trey,
I'm kinda new to this board & have refrained from posting, but could you PLEASE post this same info on the 'blue girdled angel' post in the angel/tang area. Apparently some consider a majestic angel to be easy to keep & to only require a 60g tank....

ReefGirl-
I believe you are referring to the post I put in the angel and Tang section. As you will notice, I said that I had copied the info off a SITE I FOUND. I never claimed it was absolute truth. All I can say from experience is that we have one and it's doing great. Granted, two weeks doesn't say much, but so far, so good. He's done better than every other new addition we have had.
Also, if you read my original post a little closer you would see it DOES NOT say they are easy to keep, it says they are MODERATELY DIFFICULT. And again, I never claimed to be an expert and even acknowledged in my post that the information I COPIED FROM THE WEBSITE I FOUND, could be inaccurate. I was just trying to provide some info for someone who asked for it.
Anyway, Ours is still fine, and I would buy another in a heartbeat, if I started another tank.
Have a great day! :D

From what I have read, the juveniles(haven't changed color yet) are easier to keep, because they take prepared foods easier and adapt better. I also read that this fish is one of the smaller large angels, but I would still recommend a larger tank than 60 gallons.
