Blue Hippo has a wierd new spot...help please

I just discovered a round white spot on the side of my Blue Hippo Tang, and on the other side she has ich. What do I do, how can I help her. The ich has allways come and went. I would soak some food in garlic extreme and it would help but now the round spot has me worried.

Is your tank a reef or fish only? Does it contain liverock? The best way to do it would do set up a quarintine tank and treat him with hypo-salinity.

I have a nice amount of live rock an anemone and a galaxia coral. I was going to try to go the reef way slowly. I do not have a quarantine tank. I just gave them some seaweed soaked with the garlic extreme again.

My hippo had a very bad case of ick and I started to treat it but it slowly got better. I never did a thing but fed it very good.After about 1 month it was completely gone and hasnt returned.I think controling the water temp is very important for hippos.

Are the white spots on the tips of fins or along the lateral line.... Sounds more like lymphocytosis to me.
