Blue Hippo has achne

My hippo has been in my tank for about three years, and I have not lost a fish in approximately the same time. All my fish seem to be very healthy except for my large hippo which suddenly has developed what seems to be bumps under its skin. They look like pimples not ick. There are no white spots on it at all.
The fish eats well and acts "normal" in blue hippo terms.

its deff reef safe. ive seen some older hippo's with like pitting on there face. i dont know if there is a disease name for it but the fish were all healthy with no ick, just pit marks. they were all older hippos
