Blue Hippo in a 55g?

I was wondering if i can put a blue hippo tang in a 55g.
The tank is 4 feet long, has duel powerheads, 3 percs, some live rock, and
2 cleaner shrimp.
how big will a blue hippo get?
what risks are taken if fish is put in?

it will eventually need to be in a 6ft long tank that is about 125 gallons of water for that particular tang.

i wouldnt. They need more swimming space.
