I have seen many post saying you can't keep a Blue Hippo Tang in a 29 gallon aquarium,
I have had one in a 29 gallon aquarium for over a year now, he is healthy and seems to be happy, he swims around like someone on a walk. I would highly recommend a Tang for a 29 gallon tank, and when he gets too big, exchange him and get another small one and raise it. The down fall of a Tang is they are expensive. I don't know if the Tangs are aggressive or not, mine seems to be docile. I hope this information helps with any questions about the size of aquarium for the Tang. By the way, I am new to the Salt water aquarium life, and I am having great success.
