Today my blue hippo tang was rubbing itself aginst the rocks in my tank, he does not have any apparent spots on him and seems to look fine otherwise. what is wrong with him?

Did you just get this fish? If so, my bet would be that he has ich.

No I have had it for 1 month and it has always been healthy. It just started this, after I got back from vacation and found my mom overfed the fish.

As I said, the rubbing behavior is a telling sign of a parasite problem, most likely ich.

Can I use Rid Ich+ in my tank because I dont have a QT tank.
