blue hippo with tumor

my blue hippo has a tumor looking bump growing what is it?

i cant post a pic because once i get infront of the tank he goes to his cave its just like a bump under its skin like a little smaller than his eye but it sticks out

What color is it? How long have you had him? Have you added any new fish recently or noticed any aggression in the tank?

it doesnt have a color it is under his skin the skin goes over it so its jus his normal color, i added a red lip blennie but there is no agression, the hippo is the bigest fish in the tank

and if hes not out of his cave the other fish will hide also

Is it still alive? If so, needs hypo at least. The tumor may be lypho.
