Blue jaw trigger

Looking for help with introducing a female and male blue jaw trigger to a midly aggressive tank. I have lost two pair in a matter of one month. I have read a variety info about these fish and have heard anything from aggressive to dosile. The owner of a local LFS has been working with me and even gave me the second pair after losing the first I purchased from him. He seemed perplexed about their inability to make it in my tank and we both thought that the first pair might have have had a parasite before placing them in the tank. Well not true. I watched closely this time and found my Flame Angel would not leave them alone. I also have a Lawnmower Blenny, Juvenile Dragon Wrasse, two False Percula Clowns and one very large Hermit Crab in the tank. Any advice?? I would love to have them in my tank. I recently had to give away my Niger Trigger when he suddenly became to aggressive towards his other tank mates.

How long have you had the flame? Usually people add them as the last fish to the tank because they establish a large territory and will basically harass all fish added to the tank after them.

Here is my set up:
50 gallon FOWLR
Freedom Filter with skimmer
UV sterilizer
280 Bio wheel
Tank has been set up for 1 year
SG 1.023
pH 8.2
Ammonia zero
Nitrites zero
Nitrates 25
phosphate 0.1
My fish store confirmed these reading when I took them a water sample and picked up the fish.
Fish where acclimated by drip for 90 minutes then put into the tank
Other fish:
Drawf Flame Angel
Lawnmower Blenney
Dragon Wrasse - about 7 months old
2 false perc clowns
1 big hermit crab
a few surviving sand sifting snails
