The only ones that are truly considered reef safe are the angels of the Genicanthus species. And IMO, they don't really have that "angelfish look". Take a look at Tangs Rule's tank, I know he's got an angel in his 400G+ reef right now.
I know the Regals can be reef safe, but it's a risk and I have seen blue girdled in reefs, but they were so stocked that I don't think you'd even notice if they nipped a coral here and there.
