got a blue legged boxer shrimp 3 days ago and he was fine day one then he dissapeared and I haven't seen him since any info greatly appreciated

I'm assuming that you're referring to a Blue Coral Banded Shrimp. I highly doubt something killed it unless you have it with aggressive fish or a much larger invert, they're fairly tough little guys. What else is in the tank?
Many times when I shrimp is added to a tank, it hides until acclimated. They also often molt when first added, and right after a molt a invert will seek shelter (hide) until their exoskeleton hardens a little and they are less likely to be injured.

in the tank I have 3 peppermint shrimps 1 cleaner shrimp 2 percula clowns and 2 ocellaris clowns

Give it a few days, it may still be adjusting.
On a side note, it's usually not a good idea to mix clowns in the same tank.

Give it a few days, it may still be adjusting.
On a side note, it's usually not a good idea to mix clowns in the same tank.

well i had a cleaner shrimp that i didnt see for 3weeks after i bought him and then i got another one b.c i thought the 1st one was dead and one day i was feeding the tank and saw both of them... i watch the one that was missing go and hide and he was up side down under a rock. ;/ but after the 3 weeks he came out evey day
