Blue Line Return Pumps

I am having my LFS build me a custom acrylic sump within the next week or so :) and wanted to switch from my big, noisy Aquaglobe (800 GPH at 0') to a MagDrive 9.5. While I was at the LFS the guy mentioned to me the Blue Line series of Pumps, which are cheaper than the Iwaki brand but made from the same chief engineer (basically identical with a different color). I am going to run the return pump externally and would like to know if anyone has any experience with these pumps. They look promising but I would prefer some feedback before making this purchase.

Quality pumps......the first pump I bought I think was bad out of the box.....loud, had issues where it would shut down for whatever reason....the replacement hasn't missed a beat though.......

Awsome, from what i read and the guy at the LFS theyre worth the money. btw which series are you guys running? the HD or the Velocity and what exactly is the difference?
