Blue Moon Reef Bulbs?

Does anyone know anything about Blue Moon Reef Bulbs by Aquarium Products. According to what I read they are better than regular Actinic Bulbs.

I have one in my hood, it is blue not purple like atinics. I kinda like my purple one better.

several websites have stated that "blue moon" flourescents were created specifically for the aquarium hobby.
