Blue Ribbon Eel and a reef

Hey guys, I have a 70 gallon reef up top and a 25 gallon refugium below on my setup and I was wondering what would happen if I relocated my Blue Ribbon Eel from the sump below to the main reef up top? The reef contains: Flame Angel, Blue Hippo Tang, Yellow Tang, Mandarin, Percula Clown, Firefish goby, Coral Banded Shrimp, Arrow Crab, 75ish snails (turbo, Mexican turbo and nassasrus), 75ish little blue leg hermits, Crocea Clam, Galaxia Coral, Deep Sea Yellow Gorgonian and about 110 lbs of live rock.
EVERYONE keeps telling me that the Blue Ribbon is reef safe (with caution)

blue ribbons i understand are very difficult to feed and keep alive.. do you have any problems with that??? i could never get mine to eat before it died.. hope you have better luck..
