Just wondering if they do good in a community tank.I have a Betta,2 tangs,a clown,a puffer, and a bass.Sound ok?What do they eat and are there any special requirements in keeping them? Thanks in advance!!
they ship very poorly, they get amonia posioning while in transport, they are extreamly hard to get to eat and will sometimes go weeks with out eating. They will only take live food at first until they learn to eat frozen. They like to eat inverts like shrimp.
how about a "ghost eel" looks similar to a blue ribbon only its color is white and not blue.. anyone know about this?? I dont want to get one.. but I think they are interesting..
both are from the same family and very hard to keep alive, their are some that have made it work but too many stories of people loosing them. IMO I would stay away from them, if you are looking for a eel the snowflake is a great chose, very hardy and easy to care for. Good Luck
