Blue Spotted Boxfish

I really like these beautiful little buggahs, I've had them in my net a couple of times but let 'em go cause I'm afraid of them stressing and poisoning my tank (all mellow species). Question is, next time I catch one should I 'chance 'um' (introduce it to my tank)?

I've always wanted a boxfish but I understand that they have a very low probability of survival. ( and can poison your tank ) They aren't reef safe either from what I understand.
I've heard they have strict laws pertaining to saltwater tanks in Hawaii. Not sure if it's the harvesting, or just owning local fish and coral species. What's the scoop on that?

They do, it's illegal to take, own, or import live coral which is a pet peeve of mine, cause I really want a reef tank. You can collect fish from reefs for personal use, but you need a permit which is free. You can collect anything you want from tidepools without permit. You can collect 5 gallons of live sand and coral rubble per person, per day.
