Blue Starfish on his last leg?

Hi All,
Just a quick question.....Do Blue starfish move much?
A friend of mine gave me a blue and I put it in my Q. tank and it has not really moved since last nite ....I know it's still alive and shows no sign of dying.....so any help would be great....Thanks.....rob

hi,
here's my thoughts-
does your qt tank have algae, rock etc. anything for the blue star to move around/eat? have you tried feeding it?
also check underneath, is it still moving there (all its tenticles and mouth)?
Let me know, I have one and it moves throughout my 72g all day- but has lots of good eats to go too.....
