blue tang has bumps

Not sure what is going on with my blue tang. He has bumps on his body, I have had him for 2 yrs and he has done great. I did just loose a bicolored dwarf angle two days ago, could it be related?

What are all your water readings, including ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH, salinity?
Can you post a picture of the problem?

I will try to get a pic
I have 125g
it has been up and running for 4 yrs
I just added some green chromis two weeks ago, other than that nothing new for quite some time
I will get the readings

Are you talking about the belly area bulging? What are you feeding the tang?

Ok here are my levels
Phosphate is .03
nitrite is 0 ppm
nitrate is 5 ppm
ammonia is 0 ppm
ph is 7.8

I feed the tank something called emerald entree, it has mysis shrimp and stuff in it I feed him dry seaweed sheets about once a week but havent for the last month I also just added a new food for some of the others called brine shrimp

Ok, I can't see bumps on the pic. Describe them.
Your pH shouldn't drop lower then 8.0.

i will try to get a better pic tomorrow when the lights come back on,, If it is ich will I loose everything in the tank?

That could be ich. If so, then all fish are exposed. What type of tank do you have, fish-only, reef?

That will be a very tough situation if you have ich then. Reef-keepers really need to have a quarantine for fish.

Can stress cause ich? I thought back and I have added more to the tank in the last month than I have in a year and maybe that stressed them out. My angel died yesterday. But he didn't show any signs of being sick. He just disappeared
