Blue Tang w/ HLLE and something else?

I have a 5 inch blue tang with signs of HLLE around the nose and mouth (like is seen so often).
It is now showing white dots (lifted with a bump).
The white bumps (or dots) might be ich but it looks a little different.
Any ideas? Any other white dots besides ich?
