Blue tang w/Ich, treating with hypo but fish is just lying around

My 3" blue hippo tang has ich. I am doing hyposalinity right now (1.008). The ich is disappearing fast. Her color has improved a lot and her breathing has slowed down to normal.
The blue tang is not swimming around or eating. She just lies on the sand or hides in a rock all day. Is this normal for a blue tang w/ich? Anything I can do to get her swimming & eating?
She has only been in the tank since last Saturday (5 days ago). The only other fish are 2 small clowns which are new as well. All my inverts are in another tank while I am treating with hypo.

That is common for a new hippo they are very shy. I have had mine for 3 months and she still hides from me except at feeding time.
