What sized tank is this and what are the exact readings for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, ph, SG, and temp? What was the fish eating before? How long have you had her?

Hm, you haven't added anything but a blennie? Have you checked for stray voltage? I would expect this behavior in a new fish placed into a 29 with other fish, but not a fish in a larger tank that has been doing well. What other information can you give us? Anything unusual happened lately? What other fish do you have?

could have been some taping on the glass, she looks stressed like when you first put a fish in i was thinkin about doing the lights off for three dyas to see if that will help her stress (and get rid of some aglae two birds with one stone) what do you guys think??
