blue throat owners?

my trigger seems to be way too aggresive lately.
he is bitting my tangs lately .
bite marks on the side of my fowleri and now bitting away at my purples tail
anyone else having this issue with thiers?
he is in my 225 fowlr tank i was thinking of switching my 90 reef to a fowlr and putting him in there with my golden puffer and tusk.
i have the mh on both tanks so i just might.
the 225 is just about done with hypo and since there is no rock maybe that is why he is doing it?
i just dont want to put the rock back in next week then he persists ,then i cant catch him.

my blue jaw is not very nice either he hates my pink tail trigger and my spanish hog and he is 3in smaller than both but he bully's them around like hes the biggest one in the tank you may just have a mean one like my blue jaw.

i have a large niger, then the blue jaw, then the clown and then my humma triggers with my koletang, lunare wrasse and 2 maroon clowns. hes not aggressive at all. i could see it maybe when he gets larger, but the niger is outgrowing him at 2:1 ratio right now...
