Blue Throat Trigger - Male-abscess looking thing Help?

My Blue Throat trigger has a type of abscess looking thing on his mouth. It started as a pimple it went away. But came back it looks worse now, its been two months and his mouth seems to be swollen. I've got some pics that are hard to see but please take a look. Any info and or remedy would be greatly appreciated.

I can't really see anything in those pictures. Can you get a better digital picture? Describe the abscess in detail?

Sorry for the delay, I thought it was looking better but no such luck. It looked like a white head (pimple) that could be popped. Now the bottom jaw is swollen and looks like some deterioration may be happening. He is rubbing it against the glass, which I thought he did from seeing his reflection in the glass. I have had him since July of 2009 he has been healthy and happy until this developed. He still has a healthy appetite. Its hard to get a good pic of it He is camera shy I guess. But take a look at the pics and if someone can please recommend a medication that might help.

Can you post a better more detailed picture. It may be an internal tumor, in which case not much can be done.
