blueline e ballasts and bulbs

has anyone used these ballasts? Also, they claim that with their 10,000+ bulbs you will not need to run actinics because they already have the blue spectrum in them. Would anyone buy these ballast and just run their lamps on a 180 gallon without any actinics?

I can't speak for the ballasts,except that they are very popular.As for the bulbs,,,I have two of them over my tank,and although they do have some blue in them,,you will probably want to run some true 03actinic with them..I do.
