One of my puffers eyes is starting to get foggy at the bottom his other eye is perfectly clear. I recently put a coral beauty in the tank and i thought the puffer might beat up on him but its the other way around! Could this be the source of my problem or could it be somthing else and what do i do to fix this and what did i do to get this? Water is great and he eats like a pig

Is your water quality high? Also sometimes poor nutrition can cause cloudy eyes. What do you feed them?

Stress could definitely induce cloudy eye in one eye. The same thing happened to my angelfish when I introduced him to my tank. My kole tang beat him up very badly and he got cloudy eye in 2 days.
Just make sure your water is as good as possible, and feed the puffer twice a day with garlic/vitamin soaked foods.
Treating the fish that way made the cloudy eye go away in about a week for me.
