*Blushing* Anemone poop question

My anemone pooped I think - he has been eating fine - today he had this long, slimy, brown thing come out of him - I am assuming he expelled his waste. Here is my question - since he did that, he has been limp and just just sitting there - is this something they need to recoup from?? Or, is he in trouble??
TIA - this is the first time I have seen this happen.

He is starting to perk back up a bit. I have never seen him do this - so I assume he likes his privacy and doesn't do it when I am home. I did notice my Arrow Crab was right there to clean up the mess......eeewwwwww

Yuck! I don't see my anemone do it much either (luckily).
