body fungus on clowns

I have two small percula clowns that I have been treating for body fungus. There are small patches of white fuzzy stuff around mouth, fins and gill plates. I' ve been treating with Maracyn in my hospital tank for 4 days. The treatment is for 5 days. What if I treat for 5 days and the fungus is still there? Should I keep on treating,change meds., or just leave them in thereand see if it goes away?
