My 2 cents.....I'm 34,tried alot of stuff(HMB,hot stuff, vanadyl,creatine,yohimbe bark,Met-rx..on and on).Stick with whats in your fridge!Really,canned tuna in water,eggs(lots of em 8 a day or more),sweet potatos,peanut butter(make your own protien shakes with it!)brown rice,chicken,fresh veggies (as mentioned)and maybe some Aminos(helps your body use the protien in food better)..Save your money,at 16 you don't need much more than a balanced diet..IMO
while you are totally right, i do have to disagree to a point... there are some suppliments out there that will take you to the next level...
