Based upon the books offered for sale on this web-site, what is the one "must-have" book for the beginner.

cant beat that book for starters!! has lots of great information and is up to date (so far)
from there, it will depend on what you want to get into.. I am getting into corals, but am finding i should have gotten a good fish book as well..... you just cant read enough!!

Me too... But some of the other books are good reads also. And others, are second books to have around..

Gotta say that there is no must have only one here.
Must have one on fish
Must have one on corals
Must have one on equipemnt, setup, and basics.
You see, just like adding different types of liverock, or livesand veriety is the spice of life.
As far as your first book Conciencious Marine Aquariest is a very good start.
