bottom dwellers

I have just started a 30g, 7 1/2 pounds of live rock right now and live sand.
I have put in 4 damsels they are doing great.
Lots of uneaten food on the bottom of sand bed.
Is it to soon to put in any bottom dwellers?
Tank is about 4 days in. Should I wait to cycle all the way through before I add ANY thing else?
Any suggestions would be cool!

Well you really shouldnt of put the damsel in. Its better to use an uncooked raw shrimp instead of the damsels. Dont put anything in the tank until the cycle has completed.

Test your water with test kit, after cycle, add clean up crew, they will eat the food on the bottom of the tank.
