bottom feeder and puffer

I have a porcupine puffer and am looking for a bottom dweller to act in a cleaning crew type function. I read that puffers love (to eat) snails and crabs. I think he might chomp a gobie too. Any suggestions?

If you're looking for a sand-sifter, I'd go with a dragon goby..oh wait! I *did* go with a dragon goby in my porker puffer tank! They're very pretty and large enough that the puffer doesn't mess with them. They also keep the sand looking good. They eat all of the sand buggies, but if you're like I am with that tank, it doesn't matter. now in my reef tank, I'd be angry...but in my 90gal FOWLR tank, anything to save me the time of cleaning the goo out of it.
