Bottom Feeders?

I have a 30 gallon tank with a Fluval 305 canister filter and a decent protien skimmer but i have noticed that food has been gathering at the bottom of the tank. I have a fish only tank with just a few pieces of live rock in that tank now. I also have a fire shrimp in there but he does not clean the bottom like i need. So i was wondering what type of fish/inverts would be good to get for a clean up crew for the bottom.

The Nassarius Snails are good for sand cleaning, maybe 10 to 15 as well as most crabs. Lemonhead or Goldenhead Sleeper Gobies are great for cleaning and sifting sand.
