This forum may not be the place for this type of problem, but I odered five fish from SW.com and they delivered them as planned but four of the five fish were dead when the box was opened!
I filled out the refund form and I got my money back.
I called the customer service people at SW, and requested that the fish be replaced rather than a refund, and was told the shipping was too expensive for them to refill the order .... Well no *&^% the shipping is expensive, I'm the one who paid for it!!!!
Anyway, I think SW needs to relook at this type of issue, as I basiclly paid for a box of dead fish.
